1. Sunset Shores is one property with two rental options...
   1. Sunset Shores includes the whole house & entire property (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & max 12 guests).
   2. Sunset Shores Suite includes part of the house & entire property (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & max 4 guests).
      1. When you book the Suite, the calendar is blocked for the whole house, no one else will be staying in the additional unused bedrooms. That area will stay locked and empty.
2. Casa Blanca & Hidden Garden is one property with two rental options...
   1. Casa Blanca includes the whole house & entire property (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spa area: including outdoor hot tub & sauna & max 15 guests).
   2. Hidden Garden includes part of the house & entire property (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, spa area: including outdoor hot tub & sauna & max 4 guests).
      1. When you book the Hidden Garden, the whole house rental calendar closes, so that only one group is on the property at a time. 

• No Pets 
• No Events
• No Smoking (of legal or illegal substances - no Cannabis)
• No Photography or Videography (without prior approval)
• No Party Buses or Bachelor/Bachlorette Parties
• Outdoor Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 8am
• Only confirmed registered guests (this includes daytime & overnight guests)
• Parking available for 6 vehicles
• No overnight street parking - per city guidelines

Any violation of our house rules can incur a $250 fee and immediate cancellation.

Check-in on all properties: 4pm

Check-out: 11am

A later check-out may be available for a small fee. Message Sarah to see if available for your stay.
